We will need management from your client's company to contact us to authorize it's release.
We have plenty of clients that use third parties to do their designs like ad agencies or freelancers, however, if you are not part of the client's actual company we will politely ask that you have someone from there contact us to authorize the release of the files.
This person will need to be in management or otherwise authorized to approve this release and cannot be someone like an administrative assistant.
