1. Warranty & Returns

What's up with your policy about not replacing or allowing returns on shipping cases?

As the shipper, it's your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier used to get reimbursement for the damaged case/products.

While we appreciate you contacting us on this matter and we're definitely here to help, unfortunately, we can't accept returns on cases nor are they covered for replacement under manufacturing defect after they've been received and then reshipped.

To explain, as you have now shipped them, you are considered the shipper and, as the shipper, it's your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier to be reimbursed as we have no control how it was handled by them nor can we file the claim on your behalf.

Should you require information like the full retail cost for your claim, we can provide you the link to the item(s) or a quote but that's really the extent in which we can be of assistance.

Please note, however, if the damage should have occurred on its maiden voyage from our facility to you, we of course will take care of working with the carrier and send a replacement as quickly as possible!
